To investigate regulatory mechanisms and biological functions of plant small RNAs including their mobility and amplification, we use PORI acting as a dual sensor for miRNA- and siRNA-mediate PTGS to screen out PTGS regulators.
2. Marchantia polymorpha as a new model plant

As one of the first terrestrial plant lineages that adapted from aquatic environments, M. polymorpha likely experienced diverse environmental stresses that affected its RNA regulatory systems.
